1. Acceptance

By using WonderIpsum, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. The Service

WonderIpsum provides AI-generated mock data, stock image search, and live REST API endpoints for development and prototyping. The service is provided "as-is" — we don't guarantee uptime, though we do our best to keep things running.

3. Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the content and usage of your API endpoints.
  • Don't use WonderIpsum for anything illegal, harmful, or abusive.
  • Don't attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the AI/image APIs.
  • When using images from Unsplash or Pexels, credit the photographer. Our API includes attribution strings automatically.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Subscriptions are handled by LemonSqueezy. All payments are processed through their platform.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly).
  • You can cancel anytime from the billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: Email us within 7 days of a charge for a full refund. No questions asked.

5. AI-Generated Content

Data generated by our AI is synthetic and not sourced from real individuals or databases. You are free to use it in your demos, prototypes, and applications. However, AI outputs can occasionally contain inaccuracies — you are responsible for reviewing generated data before using it in production environments.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the settings page. Upon deletion, your data is removed within 30 days.

7. Limitation of Liability

WonderIpsum is a development tool, not a critical infrastructure service. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including lost data, missed deadlines, or demo-day disasters.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to our jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith communication first — just email us.
